Your future ecosystem

Our Product Development department exists of over 120 colleagues, divided

over more than 20 teams that go by self-thought-up names like “Mavericks”,

“Rangers” and “High Five”. These self-managing teams work in an Agile way

and usually exist of Back-end Developers, Front-end Developers and a Tester.

In our app teams, we work on our new Priva solutions for both buildings

and horticulture. Next to our app teams, we have three platform teams

that build the back-end components that are used by our app teams. This

platform is used to fulfill our purpose to become a data-driven organization.

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be part of our Hardware Team, consisting

of 5 people. Within Product Development, teams work on innovative projects

and the development of existing product lines.

How you add value

As a Junior Hardware Engineer, you are the technical point of contact and

sparring partner for the suppliers of our hardware. Your role includes three

main tasks: you guarantee product quality, implement both internal and

external product changes and you are involved in the product development

processes for setting up Quality Controls.

You fulfill a directing role towards (international) EMS suppliers and you are

involved in outsourcing new products and maintaining and improving existing

products. You initiate and lead improvement processes and provide technical

and logistical insight in the performance of our suppliers. With your knowledge

and experience in an EMS environment, you and your colleagues know how

to make the right technical choices so that our customers can be optimally served.

Who you are

• You just obtained your bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Electrical

Engineering) or have couple of years of experience.

• You have technical affinity and therefore understand the technical functioning

of our products.

• You can easily communicate with your colleagues and suppliers.

• You like to take initiative and are independent, but you also like to work in a team.

• You also have strong communication skills and know how to bring parties together.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 2.500,- and € 3.200,-

based on 40 hours a week;
