Job Summary

Are you a ‘fresh thinker’ and do you want to play a key role in improving cow health

and creating a better experience for our farmers? Do you have a passion for

technology and are you eager to learn? We are looking for an Electrical Engineer

who will lead the creation of electrical systems and engage with suppliers and other

departments to successfully bring new innovations into production.

You will become part of a knit R&D team developing application software, cloud and

mobile solutions, control software and hardware for our leading-edge milking robot

and many other automation products. You will become part of an international

organization with a no-nonsense, entrepreneurial culture where you can learn and

develop yourself as a professional.

Key Duties

As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Leading the development of electrotechnical solutions for our milking robot and

other automation solutions

• Lead prototyping, in-house testing, farm testing and compliance testing to ensure

our products comply with relevant standards and regulations (CE, IEC, UL)

• Actively participate in the development of high-tech solutions as part of small

multi-disciplinary and international project teams

• Prepare information and work closely with suppliers and other departments to bring

newly developed products into production

• Analysing, information gathering and resolving practical problems with existing systems

What We Ask?

• BSc in the area of electrical engineering or other equivalent engineering discipline

• Experience with CAD tools, preferably AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar

• Experience with building switchgear, control systems and control panels

• Analytically strong, flexible, structured

• Excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate

with different people

• Ability and willingness to travel for work visiting local test sites
